What is your MOQ for wholesale orders?

Our MOQ starts from 50 units per model for stock models. Sample orders of 1-10 units are welcome at sample price so you can test quality before committing to volume. Mixed-model container orders are supported.

How long is the lead time?

Stock models ship in 3-7 days after payment. OEM/ODM orders with custom logo, packaging or firmware take 15-25 days depending on quantity.

Why is a fully-sealed optical engine important?

Dust is the number-one killer of LCD projectors. Open-engine projectors pull dusty air across the LCD panel, causing permanent black spots within months. Our sealed optical engines keep the light path airtight, extending panel life dramatically in dusty, coastal and high-usage environments.

Which projector is right for churches and schools?

For daily-duty venues we recommend sealed-engine models: the S6P Pro (200 lumens, auto focus) and the M3 (200 lumens, Smart-Image tuning). For classrooms and bulk tenders, the ES6-SW offers premium performance at a tender-friendly price.

Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Yes. We support custom logo on the unit and boot screen, custom packaging and manuals, firmware localization (English, French, Arabic and more), and retail-box design from our own Dongguan assembly facility.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

12 months warranty on all models. We pre-load spare parts (LED modules, remotes, fans) at 1-2% of order volume so you can service locally without shipping units back to China.

Can the projectors work during daytime?

The ES6 and ES8 series (280-400 lumens) produce clearly watchable pictures in shaded rooms and at dusk outdoors. For fully-lit rooms we recommend pairing any projector with curtains — standard practice in our market deployments.

What trade terms and shipping options do you offer?

We quote FOB Shenzhen or FOB Guangzhou by default. EXW, CIF and DDP to major ports (Lagos, Mombasa, Tema, Durban and others) are available on request.
